Addiction: Drugs, Alcohol & Gambling

Direction aims to help you improve your quality of life if you’ve been affected by drugs, alcohol and gambling.

We know that it can challenge everyone involved, threaten and, ultimately, destroy relationships. We are here to help anyone affected, giving them the chance to benefit from healthy relationships, be part of a supportive environment and enjoy mental and physical wellbeing.
